AELIA at a glance

AELIA is a non profit organization, founded in 2013, which is offering Employability & Talent development support, through facilitation and acceleration initiatives which include mentoring, empowerment as well as educational and networking activities.

Thanks to its network of volunteer professionals, led by the 2 partners & co-founders, it has been supporting professionals of all ages, gender and professional sectors, through:

  • Our Employability Acceleration Programs which consist of:
      • Employability Planning;
      • Mentoring sessions;
      • Collective interactive mentoring in peer discussions;

      • Networking facilitation
